From a shamanic point of view, our external reality is a reflection of our internal landscape and that is where we need to do our work. We can affect that landscape through ceremony. Ceremony is any action performed in a sacred manner. Ceremony is our tool to bridge the ordinary world with the world unseen, the world of spirits. By cultivating our inner landscapes and planting the seeds of what we wish to see grow, we change the world. We come together in a weekly meditation circle to do just that.
